Payment & Postage

We offer several simple methods of payment to make purchasing your new products easier! We accept Direct Deposit, Money Orders through Australia Post, PayPal and credit cards. For overseas buyers (we are located in Australia) we only accept PayPal and credit cards.

Please note we do NOT accept Cheques of any sort and they will be returned.

Shipping Within Australia:
Express shipping is $15 and it includes insurance and requires signature on delivery. Generally, your item will arrive overnight when you are within the network, and we email you a tracking number letting you know your item is on the way - please check your junk mail folder for this information, as we always send it. We generally ship the day you pay if you pay before 3pm (Perth time), otherwise we post the next business day, QLD can take substantially longer due to the distance. Please let us know if your item is not there within 3 business days of your hair being shipped - The longer we leave it, the harder they seem to find.

Regular shipping is $10.50 - it is trackagle and requires signature on delivery. It generally takes 3-5 working days depends on the distance.

Please note that we can only ship orders with registered post for both of regular and express delivery as it’s pretty common for some crooks to swoop up unattended packages left at doorsteps. We have to do this to save you and us from the headache of dealing with those unfortunate situations.

Overseas Shipping:
Shipping is $25 and items are generally shipped via Air Mail and take 7 to 10 business days to arrive but we will find the quickest delivery method for you every time and ensure we do that for you.

We ship Monday to Friday. Whenever possible, your item will be shipped out the same or next business day. In some instances an item may be out of stock and the delivery may be delayed by up to 4 weeks. In stock items take 1-2 days when shipped via Express Post (sometimes they arrive in less than 24 hours!), and regular Registered mail will take 3-5 business days. Overseas shipping is sent via Registered Air Mail and it generally takes 7-10 business days.
