Privacy Policy

We’re not one of those businesses that want a long and complicated Privacy Policy that confuses you with pages of information. No way! It’s really very simple:

We’re not going to sell your information to ANYONE.

Unless by law we are required to, we’re not giving anyone an ounce of information about you.

Your details are safe with us, and we’re not going to bombard you with junk mail.

We are only going to email you about signup and your orders. Special offers etc will only be sent if requested.

You can update your account information and preferences any time you like, and we will follow your requests.

We don’t know your password, and can only send you a new one. We’re not snoopers. It’s YOURS.

The only time we disclose your information is with your consent. For example, if an item is somehow lost in the mail we may need to give the shipping company your name and address for tracing purposes, but we’re not going to tell them the contents of the delivery, only the insured value. It’s none of their business! Likewise, if we phone our Merchant Provider, we’re only going to use the information they need to solve the issue – Information they most likely already have but need to have confirmed.

We do log your visits to our site, to gain information on customer’s preferences, their way of shopping and how they view our site. We also log searches and cart abandonment so we can work out what people love, and what made them abandon shopping with us. This info is anonymous in that we have no idea who is who, the results are just given to us in a big chart of overall information. Why? Because what you do on our site and how you browse is interesting to us, and we want to know how to make the site better. Quality improvement at it’s finest!
