False Eyelash Application

Gluing something to your eye sure does sound a little scary, but it’s actually a lot easier than it sounds once you get the hang of it – Once you have given it a few tries, you should be a pro! If you are going to be wearing eyeliner, we recommend applying it before you glue on the lash. Then simply remove the eyelash carefully from it’s tray, and hold by the lash side so that you can see the solid lash line.

Run a thin line of your eyelash glue along the length of the strip, making sure it is well covered but not overloaded. It can pay to ensure there is a teeny bit more on both ends.

Blow gently on the glue for 20 to 30 seconds, or until your glue reaches a tacky consistency.

Tilt your head back a little, and look down so your eyes are almost closed – If you can see yourself in the mirror it will make it easier. Gently place the lash down on the area just a smidge above your own natural lash line – as close to your own lashes as possible! Don’t push too hard, you want to allow the glue to hold on but not be pressed through your own lashes and into your eye – that’s not going to feel nice at all!

Using the handle of your brush, gently press the lash onto the lash line, working from the middle out to the edges.

Repeat with the second lash, and then allow a little moment for them both to dry. To help your eyelash glue dry quicker, fan your face with your hands as if you just won the Miss World pageant. If the moment of the air still feels cold or wet on your lash line, the glue isn’t quite dry.

Once the glue is dry, open your eyes fully and admire your length new lashes!! To help cover up the join area, we recommend using a liquid liner over the top of it – Not only does it cover the join, it also makes your eyes look amazing!
