How To Apply A 3/4 Wig

Wearing a ¾ wig is a fantastic way to achieve long lengths without the fuss. Simply part your hair over the top of your head from ear to ear. You can wear the piece closer to the back or the front of your head if you desire. Ensure the back part of your hair is neatly pinned or clipped up flat against your head. Next, slide the combs or clips on the top area of the ¾ wig into your own hair – Be sure you have a snug fit, and if required you can slip a few hairpins in through the piece and into your own.

Pull the piece down at the back until the bottom combs or clips are over the nape of your own natural hairline, slide into place to form a firm grip.

Lastly, brush the front of your own hair over the join and carefully style so that the seams between your hair and the piece are invisible. You can style your own fringe/bangs forward if you want to, or you can brush your own hair completely back and over the hairpiece if you prefer.
